Lighthouse Trust, based in Lilongwe, Malawi The Lighthouse is a registered Trust at Kamuzu Central Hospital, Lilongwe, and is a national centre of excellence for integrated HIV prevention, treatment, care and support. Lighthouse is currently providing anti-retroviral therapy (ART) to over 3,000 patients, counselling and testing (CT) for over 1,500 clients per month, and home-based care for 250 patients. It provides training on CT and ART delivery, and technical and operational expertise to the HIV Unit of the Ministry of Health on national ART and CT scale-up.
