We have an exciting vacancy for a Research Fellow to work as part of the Evidence for Action research consortium. This post will mainly focus on developing work under theme three of the consortium’s workplan, examining the level of integration of ART programmes with country health systems.
Candidates should have a Master’s degree or PhD in public health, health economics, or a related discipline. They should have a strong interest in public health in developing countries and an understanding of health systems research. Previous experience working in health in a low income setting is vital, as is willingness to undertake routine travel as part of the job.
The appointment will be full-time for 30 months, with an anticipated start date of September 2008. It will be on the Academic Pathway Grade 6 with a starting salary in the range of £33,518 - £38,084 inclusive.
